Yes! By referring agency clients to Datatinga®, agencies can also provide attractive 20% discounts to customers, adding further value to your customer relationships.
Brand-side customer organizations own the Datatinga® instance and the data that is housed within it. However, agencies can play the “hero” and help populate the database with learnings that they are uncovering through client work. It can also initially be presented as an agency offering. Agency users can also be administrators to help onboard customer organizations into their instance. The customer organization must have at least one user with Administrator privileges, to be able to add and remove users to their instance. For agencies onboarding one of their client organizations, they too would have at least one Administrator-level user.
Either can work. Typically, customer organizations pay for Datatinga® directly. However, if an agency wants to “bundle” year one of Datatinga® into their overall offering, the agency can optionally pay for year one. In this case, the client would get a $0 invoice for the first 12 months. Renewal decisions would be for the client organization, in future years.
Free 90-day pilots are available for established Marketing Consultants and Agencies. Beyond these pilot phases, plan costs start at $5,000 USD per year, and vary by user seats and how many items (insights, ideas) can be stored. All plans are fully functional.
